This design project was to upgrade an old police badge design to a more "cutting edge' look. Working from a scan of the old original badge artwork , the design development went through several phases to arrive at a very new badge design that also maintained the integrity of the original police badge. Police badge design is virtually an art-form of its own! In this case the original badge artwork was varied slightly in the design development process to include elements from other police badge designs.
